Nestled in a grove of evergreen trees, this tranquil and cozy mountain cabin welcomes you to majestic Lake Tahoe. Just 4 blocks from the lake, this property was meticulously remodeled in 2023 with all new appliances, quartz countertops, fixtures, ceiling fans, paint, carpet and new furnace with A/C! The private 2nd level includes a spacious primary bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the main level along with another full bathroom. If you need to login and work remotely, the upper level mezzanine is furnished with a desk and chair overlooking a beautiful wall of windows. Enjoy the outdoors as the North Tahoe Regional Park trails are just across the street. This park includes the Tahoe Treetop Adventures rope course, sled hills, tennis courts, walking trails and playgrounds . Come back and relax on the redwood deck with a soak in the perched hot tub or BBQ with friends and family. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, casinos and ski resorts. Look no further, this amazing property has it all and then some!!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave stripped bedsheets on top of bed. Leave used towels on top of washing machine.
Never start the washing machine or dryer prior to leaving the property at your end of your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The person who booked the property needs to be present for duration of the stay. Cannot use the wood-burning fireplace or burn candles. No fire pits.
In summer months, there will be a boat parked in the front dirt area. This is Owners Boat and strictly off-limits. It will need access- don’t block.
Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. Parking is only allowed on paved driveway space. Never park in front of boat or block in. Street parking is not allowed

Our stay at Timberlake Haven was a wonderful experience. Very clean, cozy home that fit our family of 5 perfectly. The owner, Brian was a great with communication with us on check in, check out procedures and questions we asked during our stay. The location in Tahoe Vista close to parks, restaurants and ski resorts was perfect. Would highly recommend this place!

Brian’s home is very comfy and oh so clean! Very quiet and has plenty of parking. Awesome deck with a large table and comfy chairs for relaxing and/or having dinner. Lovely hot tub. Good size rooms and we all slept very well. I recommend his home, you won’t regret it. Thank you Brian for a fabulous stay! Would rent again!

Lake Tahoe Cabin
