停車位不夠需要旅客自行想辦法處理，停車場的地板破裂燈光老舊。四樓飲水機很老舊，按熱水跟溫水，但出來是冷水，裝了也不敢喝！浴缸是壞掉的無法使用，冷氣怎麼轉都是21度，整晚都很冷。標榜5星級可惜連3星級

地理位子很方便，鄰近台灣大道，不管前往台中火車站，或者逢甲夜市都很方便。有平面的平車場，但是數量有限，需提早入場。住宿方面，不提供一次性備品請自備，飲水機只有一樓提供，飯店旁有超商，生活機能的很方便。飯店早餐要到對面永豐棧用餐，菜色豐富，中式西式都有，選擇多樣化。
