Clinging to a sunny hillside, this former vineyard house is an ideal place of rejuvenation for a couple. From the large wooden terrace, you are invited to contemplate the valley.
Nearby: Langeac 7 km away with all shops and services, supervised swimming in summer, adventure course, whitewater activities, mushrooms, hiking and mountain biking. Ground floor: living room-kitchen (TV, wood stove).
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, communicating shower room, wc, small mezzanine with an extra bed for a child.
Enclosed land (100 m²).
Services offered by the owners:
- Wood heating by the stove (wood provided free of charge).
- Sheets, towels and house linen provided free of charge.
-Baby equipment: cot, high chair, playpen, deckchair.
