Located 3.5 km from exit 25 of the A7 motorway, GITE ROUGE is an independent Provençal farmhouse with a landscaped garden and private pool (9.25 x 4.20 x 1.50 m) featuring an approved alarm and secure fencing, offering complete privacy. Enjoy views of the countryside and the Luberon mountains. The property is in Taillades, just 2.5 km from Cavaillon, 12 km from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and 30 km from Apt. Aix is 30 minutes away by motorway, Avignon TGV station is 25 minutes away, and Marseille-Provence airport is 40 minutes away. Set in the Luberon Regional Natural Park, on the edge of the EuroVelo 8 cycle route and near the Coustellet market, this home is at the heart of a popular tourist region. The shaded terrace, covered by wisteria and furnished with outdoor seating, is perfect for al fresco meals. The south-facing living room includes a fully equipped Provençal kitchen, a renovated lounge area, a round table, and a black sofa. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with large double beds (160 cm), one with an en-suite shower room, plus a separate shower room and 2 toilets (one on each floor). For your leisure, you will find a Bonzini foosball table, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table. A baby bed, high chair, and changing mat are also available. The outdoor spaces are carefully maintained. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra fee.
