Really nice staff and very clean rooms. The hotel at first glance does look dated however was very clean and had everything you needed. There are many place to eat and a big shopping area just 10minutes walk away (Syntrend). The closest train station is about a 10 minute walk as well.

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and all staffs were friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained. Daily breakfast and the availability of onsite laundry was a plus. Will stay at the same facility the next time.

The staff were friendly! They allowed us to deposit our luggage while we waited for check in time. We landed from a red eye flight and got to the hotel a little too early from taoyuan. They even helped us arrange a cab from taoyuan to the hotel upon arrival! There’s definetly a lot of breakfast places if you search 豆奶 on Google maps. It was really cool to be in downtown Taipei after studying abroad and being out near the zoo. We had the corner room and it was really spacious. If I ever go to Taiwan again, I would stay here.

Wonderful little hotel with outstandingly friendly service. The front desk staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The hotels is within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and the MRT metro. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Great value for the money and a true find in the heart of Taipei.
