Loud environment, terrible pillows, fridge not working, run-down room (paint off the walls, cracked walls). Overall not very well-maintained. One positive feedback is that it is clean.

Tv wires were hanging out below the TV when we entered the room, and never got fix it. didn’t have safe in the room, the shower pressure was terrible, we got a room with the bath but the water pressure from the tap was very very weak so it took forever to fill it up, when you ask the room to be clean, it doesn’t really clean nicely, the sink were never cleaned, sometime when the bed was made it was still messy underneath, when the bin was cleaned sometimes they forgot to put another bag in, ventilation of the room was terrible, only good thing about this hotel was the inconvenient location, will never visit this place again.

Great location with surrounding markets providing much variety in food and produce. Housekeeping was “on request”—very efficient and convenient. Found problems operating AC due to remote was only in Chinese plus not sure of functions, modes, etc. The room is very nice but a bit small with very limited hanging space for clothes.

Noisy room, no sound isolation (from inside the hotel, not street noise). Carpet was disgusting. Chair in room was broken, as was the key holder on the wall, brown stains on counter. Staff was friendly but the hotel needs work.

A great place to stay! It's very accessible to trains and buses. It's also near the market and walking distance to Chang Kai-shek memorial Hall. There are shops and convenience stores nearby.
