CityInn Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Taipei — within walking distance of Taipei Main Station, night markets, grocery stores, and restaurants. The hotel is cleaned daily in a timely and consistent manner. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are also washing machines and dryers available on the first floor, which is a bonus. I’ll definitely return when visiting Taipei in the future!

酒店服务蛮满意，地点也不错，四通八达很容易出入。可惜有不美满的点是第一房间隔音不好隔壁在敲打声都听到，第二是对面全家服务态度恶劣，不关酒店问题但是提醒其他旅客别受罪去门口对面的全家

Great stay for a short traveling trip. We stayed in a small room but it was good enough for us 😊 everyone in the hotel was kind and helpful. They cleaned our room and replaced with water and snacks everyday.

This hotel is a no nonsense place. Just what you need without the frills and high price. Excellent location. Sandwiched between two shopping areas. Cleaning staff was too notch! I will definitely stay here on my next trip back.
