Check-in staff is inflexible/ never again

Will not use this hotel ever again!! Arrived at the hotel before 9 am and requested for early check-in around noon time if possible. Came back at 1 pm to check availability. None fine but what’s worst is that the check in staff waited till 3.05 pm to explain on the check in details when we have been sitting in the lobby since 1 pm and the hotel was not busy at all.

Excellent hotel a short walk from the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of great local restaurants nearby. I’d definitely stay here again

This place is worth of money with convenient location, staff are very friendly and kind. They are very helpful to show us directions and recommendations to go around the city clearly. They are also very kind enough to lend a heater to us which I believe is belonged to the staff himself !! How kind was that?! We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.

Best in location

Extremely good location, less than 10min walk from Taipei main station. We booked the family room which has 2 Queen bed. Only qualm is the floor is carpeted. Would be great if it is wooden though. The shower area is abit tight.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room came with complimentary snacks and water. Not a lot of space in the room to arrange luggages however was manageable. The only inconvenience is the poor and inconsistent Internet/wifi connection. Disconnects at times and requires monitoring so you don’t end up using your own data.

The sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor is poor - many of the rooms are directly opposite the lifts and you can see daylight under the doors so the sound travels straight into the rooms.
