I had a very noisy room 1811 which opened directly into the breakfast area. Windows leaked, and the area around the windows was moldy and wet. Good coffee machine offering free coffee all day.

I have a good time stay in the hotel . 10 minutes walking distance to the subway station. But I didn't expect the hotel was located in the commercial building 17th and 18th floor which the ground floor entrance wasn't set up as a hotel setting. It takes time to get used to it but overall my experience is positive.

Was there during cold snap. No heat but they provided a heater on REQUEST so that was nice. Breakfast was just a burger and milk tea maybe because not enough guests to justify setting up the buffet. Window had a lot of condensation. Good location close to Matt and night market.

Convenient & New

Room was brand new which I really liked. Clean. Water was great. New Air Conditioner. Bed was good. Fridge, all items needed, hair dryer etc. Perfect for what I needed. Breakfast was delivered at 7am every morning. Not western but good for chinese people. Only downside was the Receptionist didnt look so happy tho. But everything else was really good.

Great Location Marred By Hotel Experience

The hotel itself is situated in an excellent location, between Nanjing Sanmin station and Songshan station, a terminal station of the green line. From here, the Raohe night markets is but a 10 minute walk away, and the Taipei 101 area is 20-30 minutes walk. Even the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall is walkable as is the nearby Songshan Cultural Park. Remaining locations can be accessed via MRT station, and plentiful food is located on the way to the station, and a 7 Eleven and coin laundry is located close-by. The room itself looked modern but from the get-go, cleanliness was a huge problem. A cockroach was found on the first night and while that thankfully was the last time a pest was spotted on my 10 night stay, dust and cleanliness continued to be an issue throughout. The bedsheets were never changed despite the hotel clearly displaying once per 3 day change policy and instructions on how to get the cleaners to change the sheets. Dust accumulates really quickly and no under-the-bed vacuuming seems to have ever been done. The cleaners would forget to clean or replace certain items, and once they even forgot to do the bed. The soundproofing is also terrible, with conversations happening in the neighboring rooms clearly audible. A set of ear plugs is recommended. While free breakfast is served, this also creates more noise issues in the morning for guests looking to sleep in. The entrance itself is also hard to find, being behind a block of buildings and reception located on 17.

Small hotel on the top 2 floors of an office block

Nice decor, clean, good view. Not easy to find. Although situated next to a double decker highway, very little noise from traffic. But the walls between the rooms are very thin and can hear everything from the next room.

It was a "good" stay.

The hotel was on the 17th floor of a building which is a little bit hard to find. During our stay, workers are doing something on the hotel that is why we can hear the industrial noise inside our room. The breakfast is only a sandwich and a choice of juice, coffee or tea, nothing special. Yes, there is a view of the Taipei 101, but another building is blocking it. Overall, 2.5/5

Budget yet comfy hotel

The hotel is located on the 17th floor inside a commercial building. The rooms are quite clean and its enough walking space for 2 adults. However, we requested makeup room while we were out during our stay, we realised that the cups was not cleaned and was left on the table as it is before we left. Other than this the rooms and services are ok. Not a bad choice if looking for budget yet comfy hotel.

Last minute trip to Taipei

Very clean, friendly staff, very comfortable bed, great air-con, excellent condition of room and washroom. Lacks storage space (closet) and very very small fridge (smallest I have ever seen). Also, location is quite a walking distance to/from MRT.

Good stay

Room is clean and bright, facilities are good. Can hear next room people talking if they are loud. Great view at 17th floor, quite a distance from MRT station but still within walking distance. Breakfast is sent to the room at 7am.
