Very clean. I was a little surprised the traffic noise was not disturbing inside my room which was well equipped and properly sized. Bed and pillows are very supportive and comfortable. All appliances function nicely except water from the faucet is a little weak. Overall, a great stay.

I was here just before COVID, it's a fantastic hotel, that's why i came back again , excellent services; front counter, room keeper, and breakfast was so delicious , with many selections, one young guy was so helpful , his name is Kyo, very attentive and so patient . The room is spacious and comfortable, I will come back for sure!

I paid extra for a room with a window, but it faces directly into a nearby building that’s currently under construction. The view is completely blocked, the room is very dark, and due to the noise and dust, opening the window isn’t really an option. While the bathroom is excellent and well-maintained, the room itself feels quite dated, and there are no USB ports by the bedside. Although the location is central, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station, not ideal after walking in Taipei all day.
