Clean and contemporary room, with good bathroom fittings. Can have more hooks and hangers for clothes, but that is just a minor inconvenience. Professional and helpful staff, who are accommodating to requests and clear in responding to queries. Overall, a comfortable experience. I will be back!

Clean room, washroom was somewhat clean but had to wipe down a spot on the toilet seat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Washer and dryer room was clean and easy to use. Other than a smaller than expected couch/chair, everything else was exactly as shown on booking site and satisfactory.

I have no complaints and highly recommend this hotel. The most stand out is the staff at the lobby. As a first timer visiting Taiwan, the staff, Sherry and Mio spent their time to show me where and how to go places. They are very polite and friendly. I definitely will stay at this hotel again whenever I return to Taiwan.

The staff service was excellent, but during the shower, water kept leaking from the shower booth, so I had to place towels on the floor. There was an old, musty smell throughout the room, and a strange odor kept coming from the bathroom area, which made the stay unpleasant.

どこに行くにも便利な場所のうえ、この金額はかなり良いです。洗濯機が使えるけど夜は大抵埋まっていたので朝に使わせてもらいました。シャワーの水圧も強いのでバスタブにもすぐ溜まります。Z10出口からすぐ。ラグジュアリーではないけど、清潔な部屋と必要なものはあるため、ホテル滞在を楽しむ派でなければおすすめ。

The facility was very clean and room also clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in very convenient location. I would highly recommend that everyone visit Taipei to stay in the hotel.
