Everything is good. Since I was on a business trip, it would have been great if there's a working table with power outlets. Working on a laptop without power is really inconvenient. Fortunately for me I have a power bank to charge the laptop when it ran out of juice.

Incredibly friendly staff. We got there very early in the morning because our flight was late, and the gentleman at the front desk wan very welcome and friendly, which is what we really needed at that time. The room was super spacious, quiet, and clean. We had an amazing rest before adventurous the next day. We will definitely stay here again.

The best Indigo I've ever stayed

The check-in was speedy, and the room was spacious and clean. The in-room beverage and liquor were complementary. Most importantly, thumb-ups to members of the front desk and the house keeping for their hospitality and willingness to accommodate our special requests such as late check-out and room sanitization.

Great location and service

My stay there was very comfortable as a solo traveler. The location was near two great malls with excellent restaurants. There was a food court (not associated with the hotel) right on the ground floor. The hotel also had great service & their happy hour at the bar/lounge upstairs was unexpectedly very nice too.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Taipei! This modern design hotel design is locates in an area with lots of shopping and dining options. I stay for 2 weeks for personal trip; the room (with 2 single bed) is clean and spacious with lots of sunlight. There is only shower room available in this room type; bath tub comes with a different room type. The staffs are professional and friendly, parking is free for hotel guests. Breakfast is available with a fee. There is a subway station near by (about 10 minutes walk), and bus stop is 5 minutes away. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable to most shopping mall and restaurant. Highly recommended.
