Walkable distance to night market and transport to airport, this was great. But the staff could be more polite, the check-in available time was late, and the property was a bit old.

The area around the hotel is great. Close to train stations, the river and night market. The room was alright. The bed was comfortable, but we got an accessible room for some reason which had a non stand up shower requiring you to hold the shower head over you to shower. The sink was also extremely small for some reason. The property is pretty dingy and due for some carpet cleaning, paint, etc. What we paid was pretty cheap though so considering things it wasn’t too bad. The younger gentleman at the front desk was also very helpful to us finding our way to the airport upon checkout.

The hotel is old and they host a lot of group tours which I think it leads to their slightly low score as it’s always a bit loud and crowded in the lobby. The WiFi is really slow inside the hotel room but if you reach out for help there is someway to solve it. Their service is actually not bad.

As a tourist my hotspot is very weak so I cannot upload anything on my phone and the hotels wifi was so weak. My hotspot has more speed than the hotels wifi. I also had an issue with turning off one of the lights. I can turn every light off in the room except one so I took my power card out and couldn’t even charge my phone because of that light. How am I suppose to sleep at night?

great for the price

The room was very modern and clean and it was very comfortable. It was great for the price. The only thing I didn't like was the reception area was not welcoming and a little depressing.
