The hotel was conveniently located near the train, metro and bus station. Although the room was very small, it was adequate to our needs as we were out most of the day.

Only few mins away from Taiwan main station. The room was small but very clean. Coffee machine in the front office was great so as welcome drink beer was very nice in a hot day. Staff was very friendly and professional.

We were a bit anxious leaving our luggage in the open lobby, just tied together, when our room was not ready. It would have been better to have a more secure space to store personal belongings. More information for guests should be provided, such as recommended dining, shopping areas, and places to visit. The guests are left to their own devices to search this out.

Liked the hotel, even though they don't have bkfst on site. You can do your own laundry--liked the setup. They give you good, free coffee & even coupons for free beer @ a close by restaurant. It is close to Taipei main station. The Metro system is good & not hard to figure out, but getting out of Taipei station takes some getting used to:(

Fair location and very quiet room with a nice bed and soft pillow. The room is extremely small so two people on luggage is a little bit challenging. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and the place is fine for a couple of nights.

I loved my stay at Hotel Relax III! It was conveniently located, close to Main Station and Ximen, the room was very clean and comfortable. The reception opening hours - 24/7 - can accommodate late arrivals and early leavers. Very impressed!!! 👍🙏
