Highly recommend this hotel

The best stay during our trip! Convenient to walk to the station and the staff and service was amazing. The free breakfast and gym was also a big plus if you didn't want to get food outside for breakfast or needed to workout. The space in the room was very nice as well, with a desk for working if needed.

Make sure your room has a window (s)!

The room we were checked into initially was musty, worn and had no windows of any kind. Apparently that is what the base price room is. After paying an additional $24 per night (we stayed in the original room one night) we had the last four nights in a far better room (cleaner, larger, much better bathroom). It would have been an awful stay if we had not changed rooms and paid the extra $24. I think if we had known that going in we would have chosen a different (and probably better) hotel. The breakfast (included in room charge) is VERY underwhelming. There is a McDonalds across the street which is a much better option.

Convenient Location

It's a 2-minute walk to the orange-line station, about 9 minutes from the red line. It's within walking distance to at least 2 night markets, plus so many other options for food, including McDonalds practically across the street. We had 2 rooms. My room was fine, amenities provided were good. It was clean. The other room when we got there smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. They ended up sending someone up to spray the room with freshener. Eventually the smell went away. Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel. It was convenient for travel. It included breakfast from 7am-10am per person. Breakfast was not bad, had a decent selection.

Wifi is terrible (0.1 mbps) which made our whole stay of 4 nights miserable. We had to go to another place whenever we need faster internet access for video communication with our kids. It was terrible even after multiple complaints. We demand some refund of the hotel charges from Expedia

Disappointed Stay

Case 1: Booked a 43sqm Business Twin Room, but assigned with a 34sqm Business Double Room. The hotel make changes on room setting and separated the double bed to 2 extremely small single bed. Extremely uncomfortable for 2 adults. No wonder they make us waited 15 minutes in lobby. Feed back to front desk but the lady say all Business Room in the hotel are the same size. Case 2: Approached front desk staff to find out how to make city call. Follow his instruction but its a wrong one. The call connected to stranger. Retry to dial without city code and successful. Hotel did not admit their own mistakes and Insisted i must pay for both calls charges. Although its very very cheap calls but this shown they are not accountable to mistakes they make.

Excellent location, 4 minutes walk to MRT station.

located at quiet end of the cross raod, walk 3 minutes will see much happening night life, very easy to wave a taxi at road side, room guests mostly are Japanese, room is big enough and i would say breakfast is above average in acceptance.

Good hotel but terrible WiFi

This was a very nice hotel in a good location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The one thing that would prevent me from recommending this hotel is the WiFi. It was absolutely unusable. If you need to do anything with WiFi coverage, I would avoid this hotel.
