There is no reception at the desk. There is a phone outside the apartment to verify your details before they give you the pin to enter the apartment. After that, use the phone inside to verify details and collect room card. This hotel is literally 5 steps away from the train station. Which makes this place super convenient.

Excellent stay!hassle free late night check -in!you can just jump from MRT exit 4 MRT Minquan West Road Station and you are right in front of its door..so convenient!! 24 hr convenient stores, McDonalds, watsons and good breakfast options around! will definitely book this next time

Great and convenient location with lots of food choices nearby. Stayed a total of 3 nights and the bed was made everyday. Bottled water and slippers are replenished every single day too. However, do note that there is no front desk with an actual person, so it is very troublesome should there be any issues with the room. Check-in have to be done through the phone, and baggage storage will be at your own risk. Furthermore, the washroom is really small, so you will definitely get the whole place wet after a shower. Room is tiny too; it is hard to fully open a luggage. Having said that, the location is a huge plus point for anyone traveling mainly via the mrt since it is situated just directly outside Exit 4 of the station.

Perfect for one person

The room it’s across a small alley from the metro. It’s perfect for oneperson as it is tiny. My room was on the 5th floor with the main window facing the metro but was still quiet. The walls had dents and were dirty. They need to be repainted. Everything else was in good condition.

Great Value for Money

The single room sure was tiny but was clean and had a dehumidifier that came in handy on rainy days. I was really grateful that the hotel didn't require any cash deposit.

Very good location!!!

The place is just in front of the mrt station exit 4, super convenient!! The room is small, but clean and comfy : perfect for those who plan to visit all day and just need a place to sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. Great location, clean, fast WiFi and everything you need though in a compact space. It is literally right next to the subway station so was very convenient. The space was tight but had everything we needed and everything looked new and clean. The only confusing thing is checking in initially as there is no person, you just pick up the phone outside the building and then another phone inside to get your key

Quiet and near MRT Minquan Station Exit 4

check in by using provided phone at the apartment. Nice, quiet, small but such a unique place. When i tried to open the blinds to look outside, huge dust flew every where. I had to use wetnaps to clean all the dust. Please dust windows, blinds, curtains and vacuum the flood and silk plants. We were choking with dust if we touch the wrong place. However, i would stay here again for its location, price and not a hotel busy feeling.

Highly recommended!

Too many good things about this hotel! First it's right outside the train station exit, literally. Despite the description saying limited housekeeping everything was perfectly clean, price was offered to me at a third of normal price because they didn't keep a 24hr front desk, but I still checked in after hours from their intercom. Very pleased with this purchase!

Perfect location

This hotel is just in front of the metro (Minquan W. station exit 4) so it is very convenient. One thing I need to remind you is that there is no actual reception; you need to dial from the phone provided. Howver, the staff are there to answer and help you out. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hotel regarding that the price is very reasonable and the service they provide is impeccable.
