We were in Taipei for a concert and arrived at the hotel a bit early to drop off our luggage. The young lady at the reception,Linda, was very sweet and courteous. Some might say the hotel is outdated but personally, it reminds me a lot of the European boutique hotels. The room was clean and the bathtub was a bonus. Will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again.

Nice, clean, quiet room. All in good working condition. Snacks, teas, coffee, drinks were provided and included. Perfect and safe location. Walking distance to restaurants and parks. Great stay at the Rido. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet at night. Loved the location across from the park and close to NRT. Highly recommend.

The staff were relatively friendly. The room was not very clean, dusty and missing items like the bathmat. The carpet was dirty and I found trash in certain corners of the room. My coupon of breakfast went missing for the second day. The breakfast buffet selcetion was decent. Also the staff enter your room multiple times to 'clean' and leave food. Conveniently located close to everything.
