You cannot beat the location: 10 mins from Taipei central station, on foot, 10 mins from 101, by subway, and 20 mins to the TSA airport. There is a pool on the roof but it was cold (below 24 degrees), when we went there in early May. As per Taipei's government policy (since 2025, it seems), hotels are not allowed to provide disposable amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shower-cap etc.), so don7t forget yours!

We had an excellent 7-day stay at the Taipei Sheraton. The hotel's location is ideal, and the service is very good. The housekeeping staff were outstanding. Friendly and efficient. The gym staff were also very friendly. Rooms are a bit dated but well maintained and very comfortable. Plenty of closet and storage space.

We stayed at the older wing. The rooms were awful, worse than a cheap motel tbh. The decors are extremely outdated and the carpet very dirty and the whole room is damp and smells of mildew. My allergy started acting up the minute I got into that room. The room was also very small. The only thing they did to remediate is bringing a dehumidifier….theres no breakfast included the buffet and all the restaurants are extremely hard to get into. The location is excellent but u r better off staying elsewhere. This place is way over rated

Staff are super friendly. We booked a two bed room online and when we checked in, we asked to see if we can have a single bed room. The staff put two full sized beds together into the biggest bed I ever see. The location is central in Taipei and a few minutes walk from the Taipei station. A subway station is right next to the hotel. A few super nice amenities: the breakfast buffet is super good and should try at least once. The top floor has a nice gym overlooking the surrounding area. Next to the gym is the sauna/steam room/hot tub, which the hotel guest can compliment access. The top floor has a Michelin 2 star restaurant and the food is really amazing.
