1. 房間整體而言是乾淨的，唯獨浴室蓮蓬頭的管子上有一點點污漬。 2. 免治馬桶的坐墊傾斜一邊 。 3. 雖然沒有暖氣，但房間不冷舒適 。 4. 浴室的門，是拉門，很棒的設計。安靜，不會吵到其他人。

The hotel is located at an excellent location that is close to MRT Station and next to a police station. There is a big Poya beauty shop opposite to the hotel that makes my shopping easy. Excellent location with plenty of greenery around. The hotel is easily accessible via multiple MRT lines and bus routes. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I arrived a bit before check-in time and was pleasantly surprised to receive my room early — a great relief after a long trip. The complimentary breakfast throughout my stay was a nice bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was quite slow.

This was our second stay at Sonnien as we were satisfied with our stay of 9 nights in 2024. The first room assigned to us was extremely small and it was labelled as a Superior Queen room. The Expedia site did not indicate it was a much smaller room compared to the Standard Double which we booked in 2024. After two nights putting up with the small room we finally asked to be switched to the same room type in 2024 as we still had 6 additional nights. Room admin person was very kind and nice and helped us with that.
