Staff was very friendly indeed. For example, they bent over backwards trying to make I received my invoice via email. That may sound like a straightforward thing, but in this case it wasn’t. The fact that the hotel is right next to the MRT stop is really helpful when moving around Taipei. Noteworthy is also the hotel’s proximity (5 min. walk) to the Shilin night market. Definitely worth a visit.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and always ready to assist with any questions. The location is extremely convenient — right opposite the MRT station, with a direct bus outside the station to Yangmingshan. It’s also within walking distance to Shilin Night Market, which made exploring the area very easy. The only downside is the Standard Double Room (Charm Room), 17 sqm, which is very small and not ideal for two people. There’s barely any space to move around, so I wouldn’t recommend this room type for couples or two guests. Overall, a good stay if you choose a larger room type and value convenience and service.
