We really like this hotel - reception staff quite helpful though would have been nice if they had also wished us Merry Christmas on Christmas day :-) The housekeeping staff is excellent - everything is done properly and very nicely indeed. The breakfasts were fine - very Taiwanese but that suited us very well. The mantous were my favourite. Location wise - about 8 min walk to the nearest metro station but lots of eateries within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable although on the firm side and the room was spacious. The chairs unfortunately were really uncomfortable. We had to sit on the floor or the bed to watch TV. Good range of programmes on TV. Quiet rooms (like ours) face an internal space - so very limited natural light but we were happy with that. Rooms facing the main road would have been too noisy for us. All in all, we had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel

Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpfull, rooms were ultraclean and location just great
Cons: Breakfast could be better, for example their version of bacon was steamed ham and food was quite tasteless.
Location: Good location and almost only local people around. During my visit (9 days) I saw only twice somebody who looked like "western" person.
Very good hotel overall and propably most friendly staff I have ever met in any hotel on this planet. Location is also ok if you are not afraid of living not in the city center.
