Staff was kind but this is a budget, no-frills hotel. The booking also suggested breakfast was included but was informed by the hotel there was no breakfast available.

convenient but not worth it

the hotel is in an dirty alley and old commercial building with a club upstairs and church downstairs. The room has cockroach and i have to borrow a insect detergent from the front desk. Overall, the staff was nice and helpful. Just that the environment was not nice. but it's very convenient and close to MRT which is an advantage. and overall average HK$600 per night is not worth it.

right on the doorsteps were famous soy bean milk store and the oyster mian xian store. many eateries and snacks around the area. also within 3min walking distance from subway exit. wonderful place! there's people singing (on another level in the building) at like 8+am but by then I'm awake and almost ready to set off for the day so I'm ok with that.

1. Facilities poor: a. One led light is flashed on the top, but they never changed until we checked out. b. The darin of washing basin were blocked, but they said the drain is narrow to cause it. Couldn't solve. Unbeliveable. c. No electical socket and USB port beside of the bed, which was not convient to use the phone or pad on the bed. d. The room is for two person, but only has one chair. e. It should have two pillow for one perosn, but it only has one. f. It should have a thick bed sheet, but the current bed sheet is thin. 2. Saintary problem (very serious) a. The carpet is very dirty and broken. b. The wall paper is very dirty and have stains. c. The ceiling has water stains. d. Three small cockroach appread in the bathroom. e. The bath door could't close to cause water flow out of the clyinder. 3. Safe a. The floor is uneven; even though it is covered with the carpet. 4. Other. a. It should mention clear before the booking that is loudy before 10.00pm because the fifth and sixth floor are KTV and BAR. It is not acceptable to the customer. b.The room picture posted on the booking is not the same as the actual secne. 5. Final question for the Expedia a. 5W2H that is who, what, when, where, why, how and how much for scanning the supplier before you post on the supplier information. For this trip of living in that hotel, I felt disappointed and didn't has condidence of Expedia again.

The hotel is located at 7F and 8F in the building. However, the dancing hall is located at 9F. Daytime is very noisy. The hotel should provide more information on this issue. The furniture is old and needs upgrade. The staff is very nice and try to help you to stay comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located, however the entrance is slightly hidden in between some shops and it’s pretty noisy until after 10 pm. Also the condition needs updating and the bed need and pillow need to improve as I see some stains beneath the sheets

Location is amazing, right at the edge of Ximending, plenty of food literally next to the building. A few steps away to the Ximen Metro Station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is old, looks clean. Overall, good value for the convenience.

Interesting aviation themed hotel located inside a building in busy area, Convenient location. There’s a dancing studio just one floor above the hotel, so noise can be heard until 10pm. However, it’s not a big issue. In general, perfect for short stay and thin budget.

They tried making me stay in a room that had significant water issues and mold growing on the ceiling. I was told to keep dumping the water from the humidifier and was given a spray bottle of air freshener to mask the smell. I had no choice but to leave and find another hotel as no other rooms were available.

Great value for money. However, the hotel can be affected by music from a lounge from 11am to 10pm. Hence those that intend to rest/sleep during these time period should avoid the hotel. Otherwise, its strongly recommended.

This is one of the best locations if you are looking for a cheaper price to stay. Overall the room has been clean and staff was amazing, they have a unique design and I didn’t expect a safe inside the room for such price that I paid. Everything is walking distance and subway station is 2 min walk. Strongly recommend. During the day the above floor is a dance studio and it can be noisy but it didn’t bother me cuz I was never there.

We love the friendly staff who promptly took care of our requests. It can;t ask for a better location as it's right in the heart of Ximending, the dining, shopping, and nightlife center of Taipei. There was a faint odor in early mornings. Not sure if it's from the restaurants or food stalls preparing their foods.

Great location if you like been in the middle of the excitement. Just a block from ximen station . Comfy bed and clean . The only cons it’s a Dance studio very loud in the up floor , if you sensitive with the noise I will not recommend. I’m very sensitive with thta , but the good thing is they finish at 10 :00 pm . So I expend the days sightseeing and went I come back was quite. Solo traveler . 3 nights.

It’s very convenient. Close to the Ximen station just a quarter block from the hotel. If you want to relax, I would not recommend because there was a music club upstairs and you can hear the music from your room. The music starts around 1:00 pm till 9:00 pm. Other than that, it’s fine.

Welcome aboard

Airline themed hotel, Hotel staff dressed as either a flight attendant (female staff )Make staff were Pilots ( sexism) the hallways had windows the look like you were flying. My room was nice bed was very comfortable. Room had two First class seats. Room had everything you needed except the window wax on the bathroom. During the day you could hear the music from the bar. Also no elevator to my floor I had to walk up stairs with my bag.

Bathroom design too old and sink faucets too short and water easily spit out, toilet don’t have cleaning option and warm seat, room is quite noisy during day time till 10pm at night due to dancing club upstairs. Safety box is locate on the floor on the closet make it very difficult to access, only good about the hotel is staffs are very friendly and hotel locations is excellent.
