Continuing straight ahead, the open-plan dining and living room opens out on 2 sides to the expansive decking to enjoy al fresco dining, stellar views, and absolute peace and quiet!

Bedroom 2 is located off the living area and is fitted with a queen bed plus deck access for summer living. The downstairs bathroom is also located off the living area and includes a walkin shower and a generous corner bath for extra relaxation...

The internal stairs are situated before you reach bedroom 2, and take you to the master bedroom and mezzanine office space. The large master bedroom with super king bed has generous windows throughout, and includes an ensuite bathroom with spa bath, ideal for a romantic getaway. The mezzanine office space looks out over the living and dining area and is ideal for the executive who wants to keep in touch. The convenient office set-up includes Wi-Fi, phone, and a mono laser printer.

Plus, the rear of the property backs on to the Tairua Forest with walking tracks through to Rewa Rewa. Alternatively, head out and explore the local area. The estuary and wharf are less than a 5 minute drive away, and the beautiful beach a mere 6 minute drive!
