Wrong room allocated, changed room eventually and stained bedsheets, no towels, nobody on reception and the room stank of smoking. If you have any kind of respiratory problems, STAY somewhere else and thank me later.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke It was cold and the heater did not work. There was no shower gel or soap and only 1 towel for 2 people. The remote for the TV didn’t work. The duvet was ripped and looked grubby.

Expérience très décevante. La chambre était dans un état de propreté inadmissible : saletés visibles dans les coins (poussière, débris, insectes morts), sol collant, rideau de douche jauni et rigide, couette trouée. Réservation pour deux personnes, mais une seule serviette fournie. Malgré un séjour de plusieurs jours, aucun ménage n’a été effectué. L’accueil est tout aussi problématique : aucune politesse et un ton désagréable. L’état général de la chambre est préoccupant : joints de porte rafistolés avec du ruban adhésif, fenêtre qui ferme mal, forte humidité avec sol humide au réveil. Établissement à éviter.
