超誇張無人聯絡

住宿單天預訂，入住前完全沒又人員打電話與我確認入住時間，我晚上9點多抵達民宿，民宿大門鎖上也都無管理人員，打電話打了超多通都無人接聽，結果查詢電話為那魯灣花園酒店的電話，地圖搜尋後在民宿附近，還要自己直接前往櫃台確認後，才順利拿到民宿鑰匙入住，整個住宿服務超級差，那魯灣酒店集團服務不該是如此。

早餐真的沒有很優 住二天菜色都一樣 有房客抽煙 整 個樓梯間都是煙味 房間有一點小 一進去有霉味通風過後有好一點 很簡單的配置

因為我們是騎車環島，入住當天下雨☔️，騎樓沒有遮雨棚，ㄧ群人又冷又濕在外面等我們去另一個地方辦理入住，因為整層約有9間房，應該是客滿，我們就訂了4間，我們當天10個人只有3個人洗到熱水澡，其他都洗冷水，住房數這麼高，應該改善熱水爐狀態..房間清潔也需改善，地版有灰塵跟頭髮，雖然價格很🈵️意，可是必竟是大飯店的民宿，也應該要有ㄧ點水準，只能給1顆星....
