お正月に泊まったのですが スタッフの対応が良い方と悪い方の差がものすごくありました、 またお正月 3日間の朝食ですが 毎日ほぼ同じ食事でした、 さすがに 3日目はかなり あきましたね(笑) 夜は ビュッフェを2日間食べましたが これもまた同じような感じでした金額は夜8000円と言った金額ですが こちらも少し 料理を変更してもらいたかったです 最後に ステーキハウスですが こちらは良かったです ステーキも美味しく 柔らかく金額の割に 良かったな と思ってます

オーシャンビューバススイートに宿泊しました。天気が荒れ模様でしたが広くて素敵なお部屋で退屈しませんでした。またラウンジスタッフの方のおもてなしが、きめ細かく素晴らしい快適で素晴らしい滞在でした。また送迎スタッフの方にも大変お世話になりました。10年以上沖縄には旅行に行きましたが、今まで宿泊したホテルの中で1番いいホテルです。皆様ありがとうございました！

海や施設がとても綺麗でレストランのビュッフェが美味しい。敷地が広く、水牛などの動物などがいて、カートで散策しているだけでも様々な発見があって楽しめました。 前に妻と2人で滞在したことがありましたが、 今回2歳の娘も連れて再びこのホテルに戻ってくることができて本当によかったです。

リピーターです。リニューアルして楽しみに行きましたが、私は昔のはいむるぶしが好きでした。 他のホテルにはないはいむるぶし独自のいい雰囲気が少なくなり、大人のリゾートという感じになってます。 ホテル内の昼食はランチっぽいものもなく、軽食という感じです。夕食も選択肢があまりない。 部屋は綺麗でした！そして相変わらず自然に囲まれた素敵な場所です。 今後は色々改善されていく事を願います。

２泊の予定でしたが、台風の影響で波が高くフェリーが欠航になり、1泊になってしまいました。次の日早くに島に渡りましたが、ホテルの送迎も有りましたし、チェックインまで荷物を預けて　電動のレンタサイクルを借りてシュガーロードや西大岳等サイクリングしました。でも、地図をうまく活用できず、携帯の地図で回りました。チェックインも２時間ほど早めてもらえました。綺麗な海でのシュノーケリングを楽しみにしてたのに、入ることができなかったのが残念でした。カートを借りましたが、ガソリン臭く、音も大きかったです。他の人の乗っているのは電気だったのか静かなのも有りました。敷地が広く、カートでの移動はアクティビティのように楽しかったです。大浴場も露天風呂が有り、アメニティも充実していました。ショップには水着やお土産も沢山有りました。フロント横にはオプショナルツアーのデスクもあって　いろいろ相談にのってもらえます。ビーチにもアクティビティの受け付けが有って、シュノーケル等のレンタルもできるようです。

はいむるぶしは、今回で3回目の利用です。 いつも感じますが、スタッフの対応が素晴らしいと思います。困り事を相談するといつも笑顔で、素早い対応をしてくれます。 　レストランのビュッフェも種類が豊富で、美味しく頂きました。広い敷地内のカートでのドライブ、ロビーコンサート、プールとビーチ、圧倒的に美しい星空。今回は、娘夫婦と孫　4人　計8人 4泊5日の旅でしたが、楽しい思いでが沢山出来ました。

部屋に空きがあったとのことで、無料でアップグレードしてくださいました。 洗濯物干しがあったり、お風呂にイスがあったりと、快適に過ごせるアイテムが揃っていてとても気が利いてるなと思いました。 洗濯も無料でできます！ スパも受けましたが最高でした。 敷地が広大でしたので、カートを借りれば良かったかな。カートのレンタル費は少し割高に感じました。 カートの排気ガスが気になったので、ソーラーなどクリーンエネルギーで動くシステムを導入していただけたらパーフェクトだと思います。 あと水牛さんが二頭いて、一頭は背中に怪我をしていてハエがたかり、とてもかわいそうでした。 なんとかしてあげてほしいです。 観賞用に動物の命を犠牲にすることはないと思います。
