Every detail of our 6-night stay was perfect: spacious room with a lovely marble bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub, great quality bed mattress, a sofa, a small working table, the breakfast service, the staff hospitality and attentiveness. I would stay here again in a heartbeat: it’s a gorgeous location for a peaceful calm holiday and the Marriott Resort is top notch.

This is a new property and you can feel it (in a good way) Staff especially the site managers are lovely and very professional The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pools are all very well thought out. Our baby enjoyed the kids pool and the beachfront pool is beautiful with a very nice vibe - music is just the right volume. The beach here is nicer than other resorts weve stayed at in khao lak. I recommend this hotel for sure.

Nice hotel that opened recently. They do have some tweaks to do before they are top notch. A bit more trash cans and smaller fixes. The food was not up to par with the price, but nothing that can’t be fixed. Really nice surroundings and on a beautiful beach.

The only thing that might not have been convinient is that it is far away from any commercial area, you rely a lot on the Hotel Van that takes you there '40 minutes away,, however if you are after far away from anything and not noise, perfect place to be.

Everything was really excellent at the property. We tried 3 restaurants (Lido, Panasia grill, and the main breakfast restaurant ) during our stay, and all restaurants had amazing food. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We could really feel their sincerity in wanting us to have a nice stay. We took part in 2 kids activities during our time there: pizza making and making mango sticky rice, and because it was a low season, all the staff around the restaurant gathered round to encourage our kids during their activities. Our rooms were also amazingly - Furniture, carpets and other fittings were well maintained and in great condition, and room smelt amazing! Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean - we were also upgraded to a nicer room due to a problem with our original room, and weren't charged for early check in - this is probably due to the off season low occupancy, but i appreciate that it's something they didn't have to do. We spent a lot of time at the kids clubhouse due to rain, but while it's small, the staff were extremely nice and made every effort to keep the kids entertained, painting and playing games with them, even when the parents were present. All of were extremely nice and I could feel genuine care and love for the kids. All of us were pretty sad when it was time to check out. 10/10 would go back and stay again in the future

Aamiaisella tarjolla myös lämmintä ruokaa. Suosittelemme all inclusivea, jos aikoo viettää paljon aikaa resortissa. Kaikkineen ruoka todella hyvää. Monta ravintolaa ja erilaisia vaihtoehtoja. All inclusiven kanssa oli hieman haasteita, kun henkilökunta ei aina tiennyt mitä siihen kuuluu, mutta selvittivät asiat nopeasti. Ruuhka-aikoina juomia sai hetken odottaa. Joka ilta mahdollisuus erilaisen teeman mukaiseen buffetruokailuun. Suositus auringonlaskun aikaan rannalla järjestettyyn BBQ-iltaan. Myös ala carte annokset olivat hyviä. Palvelu oli kaikkineen ensiluokkaista ja ystävällistä. Mitä tahansa tarvitsimme saimme aina apua ja vastauksia. Resortin porttien ulkopuolella on minimarket, josta sai kaiken tarvittavan. Hotellin pesula toimi hyvin. Emme voisi olla tyytyväisempiä resortissa viettämäämme viikkoon!
