The Space:
Clean, spacious and conveniently located in a quiet and established neighborhood. This home features a main level with living room, kitchen with a bar that seats 4, dining room with seating for 8, sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 bathrooms. Relax and have fun with a lower level that includes a 65" Roku TV, ping-pong table, office desk, and laundry room.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire home using a keyless access code that is unique to you and only active during your stay.

Getting Around:
Our home is conveniently located in Morristown with convenient access to Interstate 40 and 81.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

I don't ask for anything special at checkout. Just wash as many of the used dishes as you can (you can start the dishwasher as you leave), leave any dirty towels in the bathroom, and leave beds unmade.

Beautiful Home and getaway

Kevin was so easy to work with. We had a snag with Vrbo, but Kevin took care of it immediately! I recommend renting the property directly through his website. The home is spacious inside and gave me and my 4 adult children an abundance of space. The house was loaded with amenities. There was even coffee and coffee filters. We didn't need to bring anything extra, just had to shop for some breakfast items. He had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. The house was located in a very quaint location. We can't recommend Kevin and this house enough...Thank you for a beautiful, stress free vacation so we could enjoy my niece's wedding.
