This is just a 2stars hotel and I paid for 5 stars. This is really a ripoff or price gouging. They should have a policy not to overcharge if there’s any event in FSU. I will not coming back 😌

We visited Tallahassee for graduation and it was a pleasure to see that the hotel decorated the outside and lobby area with “congratulations class of 2025” decorations. The desk staff was very friendly and they even gave gift bags full of snacks and drinks to the guests. The rooms were very clean and we felt safe. We will definitely stay here again!

I like the hotels proximity to the major highway. I liked the dining options and convenience. I liked that the staff were was nice and welconing. I liked that I was offered an upgrade for inconvenience. I did not like that a roach was overhead at the front desk. I did not like that my initial room had mold on the desk lamp. I did not like that the room I was upgraded to had mold on the walls in the shower. I did not like that the mattress on the couch pull-out bed was horrendously stained. I do not like that I have yet to be contacted by management and offered some sort of amends.

It was okay, when we got to room our tv had sound but no picture, called front desk after almost 1 hour no one come to fix the issue we left to get food, when we returned tv was fixed. The pillows are the worst but I would stay again just bring my own pillows.
