I always come here and I’ve never had this type of experience before but I’ll never come back here again . I was told after the fact that they checked me in that even though I paid for a suite they were putting me in a regular room. Mind you the suite is more expensive than a regular room. Plus the regular rooms stink . They say I “supposedly” smoked in the last suite I was in so I would be charged $100 if I wanted the suite but they could’ve told me that before checking me in and they didn’t . I proceeded to ask for a refund because the prices are too different and I didn’t see how it was fair that they knew this and didn’t inform me of this before my check in . The lady with the messy dreads and green blue tips and missing front teeth the rudest of them all and her customer service was terrible. When I asked her for her name she gave me a fake name “Leila” she know she lying . She taunted me about not getting my money back and laughed thinking it was funny . They could never get my money again . She locked the front door to the office before I could even go back in to see what was going on with the room and my money .

237 has a hole in the tube which they tried to cover with tub stickers. Sprayed too much smell good/perfume in the room. Was overwhelming when first walking it. Breakfast was good. The woman in the wheelchair was outstanding

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms are in desperate need of updating. The grounds had garbage scattered everywhere and there was a crazy lady with scissors that tried to break into the office during breakfast. Sketchy to say the least.
