We were greeted by roaches when we open the room door Loud music played by people at the barbershop right in front of the hotel that had the hotel shaking because the music was so loud!!!!! Staff was nice This place needs help help

The room itself was OK. The problem was the cost. Almost $300 a night for a room that should cost, for the location and niceness, 1/3 of that.

The room smelled horrible, the front desk was rude at check in, we killed 10 bugs (German Roach and some other weird bug), they did not give us clean towels on day 2, and top to it off housekeeping was so loud talking in the hallway it woke up or kid. We will never stay there again.

Location, out in an industrial remote area next to a sketchy bar/liquor store that was full of cars. We ended not staying there as my husband did not feel safe.

Bathtub was not cleaned properly, the LVP on the floor was coming up, area outside was not very clean. Walls are thin. Not what I expected for a Country Inn and Suites.
