I read these reviews to help me book so I’m being completely honest to help others book too. We used this listing to stay for the baseball weekend series. This is an older apartment however the upgrades were done very well. Despite the area, it was very quiet overall. You can hear the person walking upstairs or showering but it wasn't disrupting. The apartment location is a quick walk across Tennessee St. to the campus. Everything in the apartment was very clean, smelled good and presented very nicely. The apartment itself is very spacious and there is plenty of room for a family. The host is very accommodating, answered quickly, replied positively and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit FSU.
