The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Before 11:00 a.m. We appreciate your consideration regarding this matter. Please note that our cleaning staff will arrive at 11:00 a.m. to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside the property, but you can smoke outside in our patio.
Do not throw any cigarette butts on the ground. In case our cleaning staff detect smoke odor inside the home, we will charge an extra (PENALTY OF $500).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It worked great for us having a small family reunion close by. It was a very quite area. Very convenient to grocery stores, like Winn Dixie and Publix. The little extras like coffee and bath products was a very nice touch. Will stay there again if the need arises.
