Ive stayed here a few times. Most times the rooms are fine. Sometimes they put me in a room where I'll notice things don't work like the TV but I had already made myself comfortable so I didn't bother complaining about it. The last 2 times they tried to act like I wasn't supposed to get a deposit back when I paid one and I always pay in cash for this reason anywhere I stay. I may not stay here again in the future.

Mildew/mold on waterproof mattress cover.

This hotel needs a remodel. The plug next to the wall hair dryer doesn’t work. The shower knob moves on the wall. Paint is chipping due to years of usage.
Smelled urine, decided to pull back sheets and mattress cover to find waterproof mattress cover wet with urine. Room 125.
