It was just awkward , no vent in the bathroom so it was always hot unless you opened the window which happen to have another rooms bathroom across from it , so privacy was an issue there. Bed and tv are severely outdated. I liked that it was all first floor rooms and parking was nice.

Amazing owner. We have been going there for years. He has done a lot of work on the rooms and the bathroom in each. And will continue to use them for the next trips to see family.

The owners take great pride in keeping the motel and surrounding areas clean and attractive. However, the maintenance chemicals were so strong that opening the windows the entire time was insufficient to prevent illness from the chemicals. And some of the windows were not openable. Nevertheless, I appreciated the kindness of the owners.

Older motel that has been totally refurbished, very nice. Reasonable rates and friendly proprietor. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the Perry area.

Great find

This place is amazing. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly. There are places to eat nearby. Definitely would stay again. TV worked great and unlike most other hotels, the printed channel guide was correct!!! Fridge and microwave in the room, coffee in the lobby. Shower was hot with good pressure.
