Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Put all dirty wash cloths and towels in tub or in front of washer, Remove all food items out of refrigerator, Remove all trash to can outside front door.
Place dirty dishes in dishwasher, set thermostat back to 77, close blinds
Turn off all inside lights and porch light
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
