Welcome to Little Red at Kowaliga Bay! This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin sleeps 4 comfortably and will become your favorite little Lake Martin getaway! Located in the water access community of The Village at Kowaliga Bay, this cabin has everything you need for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay at the lake. There is a clubhouse with a pool, first come first serve boat slips, on-site open boat storage, and a boat ramp.

Little Red is a one level home and has two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a well equipped open kitchen with living area. Head out to the screened in porch to relax in front of the wood burning fire place, watch a little TV, or do some grilling after a full day on Lake Martin! If you're an outdoor adventure type, this home is located close to some AMAZING hiking trails located just off of Highway 50 so bring some comfy shoes.

Should you need some extra room for a larger group of people, Little Red is just up the street from Twilight House which sleeps 8 people so be sure to check out the listing on our website. Little Red serves up Big Fun so book your stay today!

**In the off-season (Oct-March) we can not guarantee the use of the boat ramp and common docks due to the lake levels being lowered.**

**PLEASE BE ADVISED THE WATER LEVEL WILL DROP 7 FT BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER AND WILL BE COMPLETELY LOWERED BY NOVEMBER. IT WILL NOT BE AT FULL POOL TILL MAY. WHEN BOOKING DURING THESE MONTHS PLEASE CONTACT US TO ENSURE USE OF DOCK **
