The breakfast was really good, the room was nice and clean. Only issue was some sounds that carried to the room during the night, but even that was only a minor inconvenience dor the adults. The waterpark was really nice for the kid! Great place for a family holiday!

Pros: Breakfast was good and the room was nice.
Cons: The heating of the room was difficult to control though and the internet connection was poor.
Nice hotel located at the edge of the old city with easy access to the harbour and public transport. The room was suitable for a family of four with bunk beds for the children.

Customer service lacking

All members of staff looked and acted as though they would rather have been anywhere else and seemed like they did not care. Their responses were minimal and abrupt. No WiFi available. Breakfast room was small and cramped. I would not recommend this hotel.
