Enjoy its private indoor jacuzzi and south-facing terrace with a view of the old rooftops and the bell tower. Ideal for moments with family or friends, in both summer and winter, it charms guests with its peaceful atmosphere, character, and pleasant exposure offering shade and freshness in the afternoon. Between lake and mountains, Le Prestancia is the perfect place for an unforgettable getaway.

Transport:
-Regular SIBRA bus line 60, with a stop just 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment, provides easy access to Annecy city center (approx. 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 minutes).
-Geneva International Airport is about 60 minutes away by car. Bus and private shuttle connections also link Geneva to Annecy. For more comfort, we recommend taxis or chauffeur services.
-If you come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the house.
