A little bit of heaven

This was my fourth and best stay in Talloires-Montmin in three years. This a perfectly situated apartment, well furnished and well stocked. It’s a two minute walk to one of the best boulangeries in France and a well stocked 8-to-8. It’s a five to ten minute walk to the lake. We spent our days biking and swimming. If we had the money we’d buy it.

Fabulous.

A fabulous property in the heart of a beautiful village. The owner provided excellent information and support through the process. Very well equipped with a beautiful balcony and views. We didn’t want to leave.

Fantastic apartment, perfect for a couple

The property is lovely. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Talloires. Comfy bed, great shower, all the kitchen requirements, washing machine and a very nice balcony for morning coffees and eating. The apartment is very nicely located a minute's walk from the bakery and small supermarket. Florian was a very communicative and helpful host. A perfect week.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Achtung nur als Info: 66 Treppenstufen bis zur Wohnung, Seeblick nur sehr begrenzt. Wir haben die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung völlig genossen. Auf der grossen Terrasse umgeben von Wiesen, Bäumen und alten Dorfkern-Häusern kann man dem Bachrauschen und dem schönen Vogelgezwitscher entspannt lauschen. Zu Fuss und mit dem e-Bike sind viele schöne Ausflüge möglich. Annecy hat eine sehr sehr schöne und gepflegte Altstadt.

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement et belle terrasse dans un cocon de verdure malgré la proximité avec la départementale. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Talloires. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Lovely apartment near the lake

The apartment is bright and well equipped. We especially liked the big balcony with nice furniture and the spacious kitchen. It’s located a short walk from the lake where you can go swimming and close to nice restaurants. Can only recommend it!

Very nice appartment in Talloires

We stayed a week in the appartment and enjoyed our stay very much. It was just as described and very clean. It is a spacious appartment which is very well equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, washing machine etc. The interior and decoration are modern and the balcony is big and always getting sun. The communication with the owner was very easy and fast. Overall it was a very comfortable stay in a great appartment. We will definitely come back.

Vacances au bord du lac

Le lieu est accueillant. A 150m d'une plage aménagée au bord du lac d'Annecy. A 12kms d'Annecy et ses commodités. Piste cyclable continue. Appartement agréable et fonctionnel. Comment passer un agréable séjour près du lac d'Annecy sans les contraintes de la ville si fréquentée. A conseiller.
