Cocoonr offers you this charming, peaceful 35m2 loft under the roof in an old, fully renovated manor house in the heart of Talloires village.
Breathtaking views over Lake Annecy and the Bay of Talloires.
Located on the 3ᵉ floor of the residence, the accommodation comprises:
Living room and night space:
- Living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge. The kitchen is equipped with two electric induction hobs, fridge, sink and multifunction oven
- A sleeping area with a 160x200m bed is located on the same level.
- The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.
- On the mezzanine level is a reading area with a bench seat.
Additional facilities:
- Wi-Fi, washing machine, Talloires shared parking badge, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.
Nearby amenities:
The flat is ideally located in the centre of Talloires, a 5-minute walk from the lake and beach.

- Shops: Supermarket (8 à Huit), newsagent, baker, butcher, florist, etc. 1 minute's walk away.

The village of Talloires can pride itself on being one of the most beautiful villages in France, its exceptional bay sheltering its small marina just a few steps from the beach breathes with a thousand stories and legends. Experience the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. - The regular SIBRA 60 bus routes, with a stop located close to the flat (5 minutes' walk), make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 60 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, please note that there is no specific parking space, but a parking badge will be available in the flat.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
