Overlooking the shimmering waters of Lake Annecy below, Talloires Infinity Villa is a contemporary villa with panoramic views across the bay of Talloires from its stunning swimming pool and terrace.


Built across three tiers to harmonise with the natural slope, the villa is as architecturally impressive as it is inviting. The main level opens into a vast, double-height living area where vast windows frame mesmerising views of the lake. Here, a sleek state-of-the-art kitchen flows effortlessly into the open-plan dining and lounge space, which spills onto a wraparound patio. Sunny terraces, shaded awnings and an infinity pool poised over the landscape make this the heart of summer living, the perfect spot for al-fresco dining and barbecues.


On the same level, two beautifully appointed bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin) sit adjacent to a bathroom and a separate guest WC. The upper mezzanine provides a restful retreat ideal for work or relaxation, along with two additional bedrooms (one super king-size double and one triple with a double and single bed) plus a family bathroom. Down on the lower level, a gym elevates the leisure experience further.


Beyond the villa, Talloires beckons a few minutes by car with its lakeside charm and gourmet restaurants. Also a short distance away, explore the trails of the Réserve Naturelle du Roc de Chère, tee off at the Golf du Lac d'Annecy, or discover the historic allure of Menthon-Saint-Bernard. Talloires Infinity Villa enjoys stunning views down to Lake Annecy from its hillside position only 2km from the pretty village of Talloires.


On the eastern shores of Lake Annecy, Talloires is a picture-postcard village where alpine charm meets lakeside elegance. Stroll through the village’s historic centre, where traditional Savoyard buildings house inviting cafés, shops and restaurants. Don’t miss the delightful Thursday morning market in the summer months, a lovely way to pick up fresh fruit and vegetables, cured meat, olive oil, honey and wine.


Plage de Talloires (2.5km) is perfect for swimming or sunbathing and picnics on the grass, while the surrounding lakeside becomes a lively hub for summer paddleboarding, kayaking and sailing. A little further south, the beautiful Plage d’Angon (4.5km) lies just along the shoreline, a peaceful spot to enjoy a picnic or a refreshing swim. Do note that many lakeside beaches charge entry fees in the summer.


Back in Talloires, hop aboard a boat trip to explore Lake Annecy’s shimmering waters or cruise across to the bustling town of Annecy (12km) itself, ideal for a day of boutique shopping and canal-side dining.


Golfers will appreciate the proximity of Golf du Lac d'Annecy (2km), a scenic 18-hole course framed by mountains and lake views. Meanwhile, nature lovers can venture into the nearby Réserve Naturelle du Roc de Chère, a protected area of limestone cliffs and forested trails offering panoramic views across the lake. Cycling enthusiasts will also relish the dedicated route that loops around the lake, providing a scenic way to explore the region.


A short cycle or drive leads to Menthon-Saint-Bernard (3km), where characterful shops, an elegant lakeside promenade, marina and beach await. The imposing Château de Menthon-Saint-Bernard (5km), perched dramatically above the village, offers guided tours that unveil centuries of Savoyard history.
