From the entrance, upon arriving in the main room, the view immediately draws you towards the 8 m² balcony. You will find garden furniture there for your outdoor meals and two sun loungers to relax. An electric barbecue is also available for good grilling overlooking the marina.



The main room consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. To prepare some good dishes, you will have at your disposal a single-ring induction hob, an oven and a microwave. There is also a combined fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and, for breakfasts, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a pod coffee maker "Dolce Gusto", as well as a toaster and an electric citrus press.



A table with its four chairs makes up the dining area. The living room, overlooking the balcony, welcomes you with its two lovely rattan armchairs and its sofa bed for two people. The other sleeping arrangement is found in a bedroom with a double bed and storage spaces. Finally, a bathroom with walk-in shower and an independent toilet complete the layout of this newly renovated apartment.



This flat does not have a washing machine, but a launderette is located 150 m from the residence. Parking is public and free, and you have an electric vehicle charging point at the foot of the residence. To make the most of the residence's facilities, you will find bowls balls and a set of 7 golf clubs. The residence has a communal swimming pool area with four pools, including a paddling pool for the little ones. It is accessible thanks to the four wristbands you will find in the accommodation. Finally, you will find a hairdryer and a straightening brush in the bathroom.
