We are pleased to welcome you to our charming house of 130m² located in the heart of the historic center of Talmont St Hilaire, with a breathtaking view of the Château de Richard Coeur de Lion and only 10km from Les Sables d'Olonne. History lovers or simply holidaymakers looking for a stay that rhymes with relaxation, shared pleasures with family or friends, then you can not go wrong by stopping here. Our house has a 35m² lounge / living room, a separate 20m² kitchen for good family meals, a 12m² bedroom with access to sanitary facilities / shower; upstairs, a 1st level with sanitary facilities then 2nd level which serves a beautiful 8m² bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a laundry area (washing machine and dryer hidden cupboard + storage space), then 3 bedrooms of 9 m², 10m² and 10m².
Located 2 min. walk to local shops (bakery, tobacco, press, market, restaurants ...), the Chateau de Talmont and its Escape Game, the equipped lake (games for children, fitness trail for sports enthusiasts, canoe trip start on the Payré (in high season)), the bus stop / direction Veillon beach (free shuttle every day in July / August), cycle paths, 5 minutes by car: the oyster farm of Guittière , the park "Labyrinthe en Délire", Port Bourgenay and only 15 minutes by car from Les Sables d'Olonne ... After a good barbecue (plancha gas available to you), you will attend the front row from our terrace with fireworks fired every Tuesday evening in July / August within the grounds of the Castle.

Maison très bien équipée

Maison très bien équipée en plein centre de Talmont. Le château est juste en face, la plage à 15mn en voiture, super u à 5 mn, boulangerie à 1mn à pied. Literie confortable. Pas grand chose à redire mis à part que la maison est à côté d'une route assez passante et où ça circule même la nuit.impossible pour nous de dormir fenêtres ouvertes.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la maison est très agréable pour une famille nombreuse et les hôtes sont très accueillants. Talmont est une jolie ville avec son château qui offre une activité historique avec son spectacle sur Richard Cœur de Lion qui habita la "bâtisse". Nous recommandons ce lieu et cette location.

Séjour agréable, services divers au top !!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Talmont où nous n'avons manqué de rien. De nombreux services à disposition et très proches du lieux d'habitation (Boulangerie, tabac, pharmacie et surtout Navette pour la plage !!!). Supermarché très proche également. La maison ne manque de rien et a pu plaire à l'ensemble de notre équipe. Les hôtes très récatifs et agréables. No stress.

Correspond bien au descriptif, la situation de la maison permet de bien rayonner dans les environs. Pas de soucis de stationnement malgré le château situé juste l'autre côté de la rue, commerces proches, marché à 5mn à pied. Belle terrasse ombragée qui permet de déjeuner et dîner sans soucis. Le seul petit hic, se sont des stores dans 2 des chambres qui laisse enter le jour de bon matin et empêche d'ouvrir la fenêtre en soirée pour la fraîcheur (ventilos dans les chambres) mais bon pas très écolo! des rideaux seraient plus adéquates!. Sinon parfait.

Jardin très apprécié avec de beaux fauteuils confortables. Le château de Talmont en face n’est pas du tout dérangeant et donne un peu d’animation. Bel endroit pour faire des sorties vélos et jeux pour enfants a proximité

une jolie maison de ville à proximité de la mer

nous avons passé une agréable semaine au bord de la mer. la maison est agreable et fonctionnelle et nous y avons été chaleureusement recus. a proximité des commerces, de la plage et de jolies promenades. comme la maison est en centre ville le jardin est un peu bruyant car le village est assez fréquenté. mais cela n a pas entaché notre séjour.

Hervorragendes Haus

Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (besonders die Küche). Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und mit viel Geschmack ausgewählt und erinnert eher an ein Privathaus als an ein Ferienhaus. Der kleine Garten liegt zwar an einer Strasse mit etwas Verkehr tagsüber, bietet aber einen außergewöhnlichen Blick auf das Chateau. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Cependant quelques améliorations à apporter pour la sécurité des enfants : - pied de l' echelle pour lit d enfant "saillant" ; pas de garde-corps dans les chambres d 'enfants, dallage de la terrasse cassé.
