Ótima Estadia

Foi ótima a nossa estadia nesse imóvel. Contamos com todo apoio do Francisco no antes, durante e depois, mesmo nos comunicando apenas por telefone, mas ele sempre solícito e prestativo. Embora a hospedagem tenha sido apenas para mim, minha esposas e nossos 02 filhos, a casa acomoda tranquilamente 10 pessoas, pois é muito grande. Encontramos tudo limpo, utensílios domésticos praticamente novos. Quanto a praia, que sempre fica aquela expectativa se é boa para banho e se é perto do imóvel, correspondeu satisfatoriamente, pois de fato é próximo, cerca de 300 metros, muito tranquila, só demos um pouco de azar que pelas chuvas da semana, havia muito sargaço, mas certamente é algo incomum por lá, além do fato de não tirar um décimo da avaliação geral, o qual classifico com nota 10,0!

Estadia muito agradável

O imóvel é como visto nas fotos, fica a 350m da praia (ótimo local). O proprietário Francisco é educado, atencioso e atende aos zaps rapidamente. Á tarde bate sol na área da churrasqueira, colocamos a mesa em frente a casa, a rua é arborizada, ventilada e extremamente calma, foi muito agradável. Recomendo.

Experiência espetacular em Tamandaré na casa do Francisco, sempre muito atencioso. Casa muito bem localizada, bem preservada e com tudo o que precisamos. Recomendo a todos e que façam um belo passeio de barco, conhecendo outras praias locais, manguezais e banhos de argila.

A casa fica muito bem localizada para quem deseja ir em outros locais como Porto de Galinhas e Maragogi, aos quais eu indico. Ótima casa com piscina e uma região tranquila com vários locais para comer. Somente uma coisa que não gostei, a carne é Muito cara.

Considerando tanta coisa que a gente vê nos noticiares sobre golpe de alugar e depois aquela decepção, no entanto, recomendo o imóvel, supera as expectativas, muito limpa, TV com vários canais, bem ventilada, casa em perfeito estado de conservação, não tem cheiro forte, piscina maravilhosa, muito perto da praia (dar pra ir a pé), a praia Tamandaré maravilhosa praia sossegada, águas quentes e com muito peixinhos, tivemos o prazer de ver uma lagosta grande quando estávamos no mar, a casa é pertinho do centro da cidade de tamandaré, comercio em geral com preço justo e não abusivo, sem falar que tanto o proprietário Sr Francisco Rangel como o caseiro Bartô nos trataram realmente com carinho dando todo suporte necessário, nossa estadia do dia 10 a 15 de março de 2018 foi maravilhoso mesmo tendo levado meus pais idosos, casa perfeita. vale a pena e com certeza voltaremos. realmente indicamos...

Muito aconchegante, ótima localização bem pertinho da praia, o dono super atencioso, tudo funcionando certinho, piscina maravilhosa, quartos e colchões ótimos. As únicas coisas que seria bom acrescentar: uma máquina de lavar roupa e Wi-Fi mesmo que se cobrasse por isso. No geral foi ÓTIMO! Amamos tudo a casa, o local, a cidade, as pessoas, o mar... Tamandaré vai ficar pra sempre em nossas recordações e voltaremos.

Adoramos a casa

Nós ficamos impressionados com a casa, é super espaçosa, recebemos ela limpíssima, parece ter sido recentemente renovada. Confortável, ampla cozinha com tudo que precisa. O quintal com a piscina é lindo, a piscina estava sempre limpinha, o caseiro ia lá de manhã pra fazer a manutenção dia sim dia não. Ttem uma varanda ampla, gostosa, tem chuveirão perto da piscina, banheiro também. As duas suítes e o quarto, todos tem ar condicionado. Note que algumas áreas comuns da casa, como a sala de estar e jantar e varandas, tem telha a vista. Fica perto da praia, uma caminhada de uns 8 minutinhos, caminhando Devagar. Enfim, tivemos uma excelente estada, todos da família adoraram a casa.
