Just a 10-minute walk to the beach, our penthouse combines convenience and tranquility, giving you easy access to vibrant beachfront activities while offering a peaceful retreat away from the noise.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living area with an attached kitchen, perfect for cooking up your favorite meals. The penthouse features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one bathroom connected to the main bedroom, and the second bathroom conveniently located next to the living room. Relax and unwind in the Jacuzzi tub after a day of exploring. The second bedroom opens to a smaller side terrace, where you'll be greeted with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The building is equipped with a lift for easy access, and residents can enjoy the shared swimming pool on-site. For your peace of mind, we have a secure entry system that opens only with a remote or card, along with private, secured parking.
