This house was absolutely superb. It provided plenty of room for our family of 7 with an outdoor entertaining and cooking area that made us not want to leave home. Even better was the support provided by the hosts Vanessa and Flore. Their assistance was not expected and VERY much appreciated as it made a HUGE difference in our enjoyment. They made arrangements for tours and travel and gave advice all along the way. They just took the stress out of every planning. Better than the concierges at five star resorts. They were responsive within seconds to our What's App requests. Do not underestimate the value of their support at this fabulous house. If you are looking at two comparable properties, push this one to the top just for the extra help they will give you. We WILL be coming back to this house. Highly recommend renting the golf cart as you can get around everywhere on property with it.

Gorgeous house!

Beautiful house, amazing backyard, attentive house concierges! Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the entire house has a beautiful chic beach style. Master bathroom showers/bath are outdoors and beautiful, but the bathroom itself has no AC and lots of sun so it is extremely hot. Not a problem for us as we were out at the beach all day.

The property was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located near grocery stores and many great restaurants and bars. Audrey and Vanessa were extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. They were very helpful in assisting us with booking excursions and transportation. We definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you again Audrey and Vanessa for all of your help.

Amazing visit, spectacular property

I had high expectations based on the photographs, but the house and property exceeded all expectations by far. This house had all the amenities and a gorgeous outdoor kitchen adjacent to the pool. Great location in Hacienda Pinnilla with easy access to world class beaches and shops/restaurants in Tamarindo. The dirt road approaching the neighborhood was in poor condition, so all wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended.
