Description

Located in Tamarindo Preserve, the only Beachfront gated community of Tamarindo, this pure gem comes with a private pool, sundeck & luxuriant tropical garden. Its only a 2-min walking distance to the beach (direct access) and 5 min to all other amenities. Built with natural stone, travertine stone floors, and Venetian finish, this elegant and bright 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa comes fully furnished with AC, TV, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and ensuite bathroom each with indoor/outdoor shower.

The first floor comprises the main living and dining area that comfortably seats 6, the kitchen, the guests 'bathroom.



Going upstairs, the 2 large bedrooms have each their own top-of-the-line bathrooms with an open-air garden behind the showers. This will make you feel as if you are bathing under some of Costa Rica’s beautiful waterfalls! The home also comes equipped with split A/Cs in each room. If you are not a fan of A/Cs, you'll be able to simply slide open the three sets of doors to experience true indoor/outdoor living and have that cross ventilation flowing.



Once outside, you will find a child-friendly pool, a covered patio that is perfect for entertaining, as well as a separate barbecue and dining area. All set in a tranquil garden setting, the outside area is one of the many highlights of this beautiful home.

Quiet retreat

Enjoyed our stay here for last 4 nights of a 2 week CR adventure trip to wind down and chill out near the beach. The house is a sanctuary we appreciated the air conditioned space and separate beds for the kids. We wanted a quieter location - and the access to both the south and west facing beaches from the gated community was really nice. Uber was 5 into Tamarindo for restaurants, markets, shopping when we didn't walk, though there was also a good Italian restaurant across the street. Access to the beach club was fun when we wanted a few hours of a pool resort experience with food and drink service. Great stay - thank you.

A perfect place for a family of four

We stayed three nights (my husband and two children, 5 and 7yrs), and had a lovely time. The house was well stocked and the beach towels were appreciated. We were warned about nature entering the home and tried to get used to the ants in the bathrooms but appreciated the holler monkeys right outside the kitchen window. The sun rises early (5am) and we had to try to find a way to make our kid's room darker as the white window curtains weren't much of a light filter. We also learned that with 85% humidity, the minisplits may cause condensation so we had to strategize when to turn them on. But having our own private dipping pool (about 4ft deep) was a very much appreciated and the outdoor/indoor showers were very cool. The connected access to the Beach Club was a huge bonus as my children loved having both beach and pool access and the walk to the club was about ten mins along the beach. Would recommend!
