This review basically said the staff were not friendly. I am not sure who the guests were as the review is anonymous. I wish I knew who the guests were so I could ask them what happened. 96% of our guests rate their experience with us as good or excellent. We take negative reviews very seriously as we never want a guest to leave feeling unhappy about their stay with us. I was a Psychologist before being a hotel owner. I have trained all of my staff on how to communicate with guests in a positive and friendly manner. I often observe them with guests and find them to welcome guests with a smile and even when guests are negative they are trained to remain friendly and respectful. Richard Proprietor
