Casa Plumeria is named after the fragrant plumeria or “frangipani” flower, renowned for its use in the perfume industry. This chic, fully renovated villa, is comprised of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

On the upper floor are situated 1 king bedroom and a 2 double-bed bedroom, each with their own private rain shower bathrooms. On this floor you will also find a bunk bed and and two desk/reading areas, ideal for those who need to work remotely.

On the ground floor you will find another king size bedroom, with its own rain shower bathroom, along with the kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, dining room, half bath, and laundry room. From the ground floor you can access the pool and outdoor shower, the “rancho” (covered outdoor dining area) with a BBQ gas grill, dining area and additional outdoor, relaxed seating.

Lovely time and great hosts at Casa Plumería!

My familiy and I had a GREAT time at casa Plumería. It is a beautiful (newly renovated) house in a lovely residential that is well located! Just a few minutes away from wonderful beaches. Couldn’t have wished for better hosts. Communication was great and everything went smoothly! Thank you and hope to be back soon!!
