The stand alone home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the hills of Tamarindo. The home is perfectly located a short walking distance from downtown, allowing you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Costa Rica while still being close enough to downtown to walk down the hill and enjoy all that Tamarindo and the beach has to offer. From the back gate of the property you are only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Tamarindo and the beach, which offers great restaurants, local markets, live music, nightlife, shopping, a skatepark, basketball court, pickle ball courts, gyms, yoga studios, surfing, beautiful beaches, and more!

The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms, with a total of 5 beds that can sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

There is one bedroom on the lower level of the home that has direct access to the downstairs terrace and pool area that is perfect for any guests that are not able to climb the stairs.

The other 3 bedrooms are all located on the second level of the home and all have their own attached en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views of the ocean and mountains.

2 of the upstairs bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom, have direct access to the upstairs covered terrace, the perfect place to drink your morning coffee while enjoying the nature and ocean views or to enjoy an evening cocktail while experiencing one of our incredible Tamarindo sunsets!

The open concept kitchen, dining, and living rooms make up one large great room that is perfect for enjoying group time together, cooking a meal, watching a movie, or playing board games!

The grounds of the property are all beautifully landscaped and it is common to see monkeys, lizards, parakeets, iguanas, hummingbirds, and other wildlife in the trees and gardens.

There is plenty of parking on the property with a large 1 car garage and room for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway inside the security gate. There is also plenty of additional free parking on the street if necessary.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
